Deerfield Beach, Florida, 2006. Actually shot on an ancient Panasonic camera @ roughly 5.5mp. Simply tweaked the saturation & vibrance in Adobe LR and jacked up the contrast. The palm tree could use some finesse, but didn’t feel like engaging in that tedium. There is no photoshop magic here with making beaching-goers disappear. Outside of a few congested months, you could find a vacant Deerfield Beach often. My favorite of this beach was the wide grass medium off the boardwalk. In the always verdant grass, you could be “on” the beach without being on the beach. To boot, there was wifi near the popular fishing pier.
