Truss Along

Pictured above, a swing truss bridge in Shreveport I’ve been meaning to re-shoot. The process here was another attempt at a film collodion fake. I tried in on a shotgun house on this post but with a sharper, grainer approach. This one I took the contrast down a good bit to give it a more faded look. I’ve been trying to get my legs under me following the vacation, a nasty bout with the flu, and a project blitz at work. Rest assured, I plan on getting some ol’ glass eye time this weekend for some fresh material.

  1. I really like what you have done here. I don’t know the bridge personally but I feel all nostalgic looking at it and it is purely to do the editing effect. Excellent stuff.
