Dog Days

I was watching the girls play in the backyard and noticed I hadn’t seen one of the cotton-tops for a few minutes which 9/10 times means someone is up to no good. The backyard is fully fenced in, but there is a little nook on the side where I can’t see them from the patio. I turned the corner to find that one twin had found a leaky faucet in the 100+ degree afternoon. Poor thing, I thought, and did like any good dad would—took a photo with my phone. In post, I found the photo a tad more amusing when I noticed her plastic bubble-blowing lawnmower in the background.
