Hmmmm, love the DoF Brandon (not to mention the clarity of the subject is just amazing too)! You know, I don’t know why but I have always loved shooting dandelions for some reason, there’s just something about them…
Thanks, David. I was forced to weed this guy out though since someone else in my family doesn’t appreciate them near the roses 😉 So I did a macro on the guy before the final toss out.
Nice macro. 🙂
I’ve a certain furry little friend who would consider this to be a delicacy, not a weed. She’s cleared the garden of them completely – thinking about it though, the roses are gone too. 🙂

Thanks, Sally. Must be a pretty tough furry friend. Those simply cannot taste good and seem as spiny as a thistle in some parts.
Beautiful. Dandelions are fascinating – something I noticed when photographing them last year.
great light and subdued colors. Weeds can be beautiful, too. ; )
One persons weed is another’s wildflower. Great photo of an every day, often overlooked, subject.
Thanks, Jeff.
Beautiful and very delicate, well lit shot, Brandon, I like it very much. Adrian
Thanks, Adrian!
I think this shot was taken at the perfect stage of it’s bloom. I also like the color and texture of the concrete it’s sitting on.
Gorgeous light, composition and depth of field.
Nice arrangement.
