On the back of the last post, this one was taken with a pan to the left as the last without moving the tripod. This is a new location for me via Google Maps. I was late getting there, the sun maybe two minutes above the horizon. On the way in I noticed some better areas, but I was focused on this being the destination. The mosquitoes were horrible and I had with me one 5yo that wanted to see actually how close she could come to the dock edge without falling off. This one was shot a bit faster. It came out a bit paler than I desired so in PS I masked the midtones and hit it with a saturation adjustment layer.
That’s a very interesting scene with all the submerged trees. Nice foreground with the fallen tree too. Colours are way cool and I love the wider aspect ratio!
A beautiful image. Such wonderful colours. It looks so peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful work as always
